Relationships speaks to who we are, and everyone has the tools to make any relationship work. What often occurs is that we bring our preconceived ideas, values and standards into our relationships and they sometimes oppose each other. All relationships at times go through struggles. Therapy is there to assist in this regard. Through counselling you and your partner can look at how you conduct yourself in the relationship, and also look at factors that have been affecting the relationship. You can develop new ways to relate and communicate to each other, find back the spark, and most importantly hear what the other needs.
